Fault phenomena and solutions of medium frequency furnace.
Failure phenomenon 1; When the medium frequency furnace starts, the reactor vibrates greatly, the sound is abnormal, the door shake.
Reason 1. The coil of the reactor is burnt or the coil is grounded.
2. The capacitor is punctured to the housing, (the discharge coil should be removed for measurement).
3. It may be to send the switch of the short - connected reactor.
Fault phenomenon 2
When the iron slag in the furnace is dissolved into iron water, the tripping occurs.
1. It may be that the furnace lining is thin, and the breakdown leads to excessive current.
2. It may be that the potentiometer on the main board is not adjusted, (W3W4). The ratio of the intermediate frequency voltage to the dc voltage is as high as 1.3:1.
Malfunction 3
Medium frequency furnace power transfer, such as voltage not to come.
The reason is 1. The power of the main board is not adjusted. Adjust the potentiometer W1W2. Power must be turned down.
Can adjust the main board various potentiometers.
故障现象一；中频炉启动时，电抗器震动大，声音异常，门抖动。
原因1、电抗器线圈被烧坏或线圈接地。
2、电容击穿接外壳了，（放电线圈要拆了才能测量）。
3、可能是要把短接电抗器的开关送上去。
故障现象二
中频炉在炉子里的铁渣溶成铁水的时候就出现跳闸。
原因1、可能是炉子的炉衬薄了，击穿导致电流大过流。
2、可能是主板上的电位器没调好，（W3W4）.尽量把中频电压和直流电压的比例是1.3：1
故障现象三
中频炉功率调不不去，如电压上不来。
原因是1、主板功率没调到位。调节电位器W1W2。（功率要关小才
能调整主板各个电位器）。
