Introduction to wet dust collector
Wet dust remover is the device that makes the dusty gas come into contact with water or other liquids, and USES the inertial impact of water droplets and dust particles to separate the dust particles from the air flow. Its dust removal mechanism is: when the gas containing suspended dust particles and water meet and contact of wet gas affected to the wall, the dust adhesion by the wall, or when the gas with spraying droplets when they met, the liquid on the dust particle agglutination, increase the quality of the particle, and make the land. In wet dust collector, gas and liquid contact method has two kinds, one kind is gas and water film and has been atomized droplets of water contact, such as venturi dust catcher, water film dust collector and so on, the other is a bubbling gas shock layer, to form a tiny water droplets and the water film, such as impact type dust collector, self-excited dust catcher, etc. In general, wet dust remover mainly depends on inertial impact, adhesion and diffusion to remove dust.

湿式除尘器是使含尘气体与水或其他液体接触,利用水滴和尘粒的惯性碰撞等作用把尘粒从气流中分离出来的设备。其除尘机理是:当含有悬浮尘粒的气体与水相遇接触且气体冲击到湿润的器壁时,尘粒被器壁所粘附,或者当气体与喷洒的液滴相遇时,液体在尘粒质点上凝集,增大了质点的质量,而使之降落。在湿式除尘器中,气体与液体的接触方法有2种,一种是气体与水膜和已被雾化了的水滴接触,如文丘里管除尘器、水膜除尘器等:另一种是气体冲击水层时鼓泡,以形成细小的水滴和水膜,如冲击式除尘器、自激式除尘器等。总的来说,湿式除尘器主要靠惯性碰撞、粘附、扩散3种作用将粉尘除去。 湿式除尘器类型较多,而最具代表性的是文丘里管除尘器和水膜除尘器[?。文丘里管除尘器能除去1~5μm的尘粒,效率较高,而且不会产生二次飞扬,特别适宜具有粘附和潮解性的粒径1μm以下的粉尘。其缺点在于:首先压降大,当去除lμm以上的尘粒时压降约2 000 Pa,效率约90%,当粉尘粒径小于0.5 pm时,压降高达10 000 Pa,效率也较低;其次是含尘污水的处理问题,文丘里管除尘器的用水量较大,在计算与使用时必须充分考虑。水膜除尘器效率不如文丘里管除尘器,一般为85%。90%,但因其用水量较少,阻力相对较低(一般仅为100~150 Pa),也得到较广泛的应用。
