1. DMF-Z Series Right Angle Pulse Valve

The DMF-Z right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve consists of a solenoid pilot, rubber diaphragm, and valve body.Without electric signal, pressure difference between the front and rear chamber keeps the diaphragm tightly closed. When receiving an electric signal, the pilot valve opens the release hole and rapidly reduces rear chamber pressure. The front air pressure pushes the diaphragm open instantly, releasing a strong pulse airflow to complete filter bag cleaning.

The DMF-Z right-angle electromagnetic pulse valves are suitable for medium and small baghouse dust collectors equipped with standard external air manifolds, general factory dust control equipment and standalone dust collectors. They are widely used in woodworking, polishing, hardware processing, sandblasting, feed, plastics and other industries. Additionally, they work well for dust removal systems featuring simple working conditions, stable air pressure, cost-effective requirements, limited installation space, external mounting and easy maintenance.

2.DMF-Y Series Submerged Pulse Valve

The DMF-Y series submerged pulse valve is installed directly inside the air manifold tank. It is composed of a solenoid pilot and reinforced diaphragm assembly.Under normal conditions, internal pressure difference keeps the valve fully closed. Once the electric signal is received, the pilot releases pressure instantly. The diaphragm opens rapidly, releasing high-pressure air directly from the air tank. The ultra-short airflow path minimizes pressure loss and produces stronger, faster pulse jet cleaning.

The DMF-Y series submerged electromagnetic pulse valves are applicable to large-scale industrial baghouse dust collectors and long-bag low-pressure dust removal equipment. 1.DMF-Z系列 直角式电磁脉冲阀

DMF-Z系列直角式电磁脉冲阀由先导电磁阀、膜片及阀体组成。无电信号时，阀后腔与前腔形成压差，膜片保持闭合状态，阀门关闭。当接收到电信号，先导电磁阀开启泄压孔，阀后腔压力迅速释放；前腔气压顶起膜片，阀门导通，完成强力脉冲喷吹，实现滤袋瞬间清灰。

淹没式电磁脉冲阀内置安装于储气包内部，由先导电磁阀、主膜片、阀体组成。常态下依靠前后腔压差保持密封关闭。接收电控信号后，先导泄压，膜片瞬间开启，气包内部高压空气直接喷出，气流路径短、阻力极小，实现瞬间超强力清灰。
